Madam Tulpan: Medicated Dragée & Fecal Water Toilet Slave

The setup here is clinical but completely twisted. A lean, muscular guy in his 40s sits a brunette woman in what looks like a medical chair, her legs strapped open with a harness. He’s using a speculum-like tool to work on her perineal area, which sets a very specific, controlled vibe for the rest of the scene. The woman has dark brown hair and a curvy, plus-size build with visible tattoos on her thighs. While the medical prep is happening, the focus shifts to the degradation aspect mentioned in the title. She is forced to drink fecal water while taking a medicated dragée, blending the fetish with a heavy humiliation element. The camera stays close, capturing the exact moment of the act without cutting away, which adds to the rawness. It’s not just about the sex acts; it’s about the power dynamic and the specific, niche kinks involved. The lighting is warm and domestic, making the extreme content feel uncomfortably intimate. If you’re looking for standard porn, this isn’t it, but for fans of extreme humiliation and medical play, the details are sharp and unfiltered.
