Honoka is the only performer in this scene, and she’s alone the whole time, kneeling on a clean white floor in a plain room with a blue bag and wooden shelf in the corner. She starts off in a blue shirt and black skirt, hands on her knees, head down, before shifting into a crouch where you can see her soiled feet — they’re dirty, smeared with brown shit. Then she puts on plastic gloves and a black apron, starts scooping and spreading feces across a piece of paper like it’s paint, using tools and her hands in a methodical way, almost like she’s working on an art piece. The camera shows both a front view and a close-up collage, focusing on her face — blank, focused — and the texture of the shit as she smears it around. At one point, her hand is clearly drawing or writing with the poop on paper, the overhead close-up making it look almost like a legit art project. She’s slim, East Asian, 20s, short dark hair, and stays in character the whole time, never breaking focus, making the whole thing feel disturbingly real.
