The girl in this IAmDirtyDoll scene is a blonde in her 20s with her hair tied up in a bun. She’s sitting on a toilet seat, facing away from the camera, which focuses on her buttocks. The lighting is bright, typical of an indoor bathroom setting. The close-up shots from behind don’t leave much to the imagination, especially when she starts to defecate. The scene is straightforward and doesn’t involve any other performers or complex sex acts, just her on the toilet.
